* All apartment reservation, inquiries or cancellation please contact the above number.
* All bookings are subject to Apartment availability.
* Advance booking is required not less that 2 weeks before check-in date.
* Once bookings made and/or guest(s) check-in, bookings are non refundable.
* Any cancellation of bookings will not be entertained and the monies paid are deemed forfeited.
* Once your booking is completed, a 'Bookings Confirmation Slip' will be given to you to present this slip upon check-in at the resort.
* Full payment for the accommodation must be made at the time of booking.
* Upon check-in, you are required to pay a deposit of RM200. Upon check-out the resort, your deposit will be returned (minus (if any) any amount deducted for the damage and/loss of the Resort property.
