CUSTOMER POLICY

*All items on sale are pre-loved or used item. 

*Items are sold based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. 

*All sold items are not RETURNABLE and REFUNDABLE. 

*We only deal with serious buyer only. 

*All items on sale are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). 

*Payment for online purchase will be made to our CIMB Bank account. The bank account details will be given when the Buyer agreed to purchase the item. After the payment has been made, the Buyer is advised to notify us by SMS or email the following details:- 

1. Buyer's name 

2. Contact number 

3. Postal address 

4. Item requested 

5. Amount paid 

*Purchase items will be posted to all destinations within Malaysia using Pos Laju by POS MALAYSIA. The buyer will be given a tracking number issued by POS Malaysia for reference. 

*International or Foreign Buyers has the option to choose their preferred courier service (DHL, FedEx, etc.) and the postage/shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer. An additional fee of RM 10 will be charge to Buyer for handling charges. 

*We do not keep or reserved any items unless the Buyer willing to make full payment in advance. 

*We are not responsible for any damage or lost items. 

*We reserved the right to DECLINE, WITHDRAW or CANCEL any confirmed transaction. Payment made by the Buyer will be fully refunded.
